Overcoming Your Tournament Anxieties

Do You Get so Anxious You Lose the Fun in Golf?

In this week’s golf psychology session, mental game of golf expert and author of The Mental Game of Golf, Dr. Cohn, responds to a question from Chris who had this to say about his game:

I’m a weekend golfer, but I still play local club tournaments. I get so tight, anxious in these tournaments. Almost like I have the yips. I’ve gotten more anxious as I’ve gotten older. I’m not sure how to break out of this cycle I’m in. How do you overcome the anxiety I feel when I play club tournaments?

Listen to the podcast now to learn what Dr. Cohn has to say about how to overcome anxieties on the golf course.
