“I have the yips… and now it’s gone into my chipping – the same – jerk like reaction – even in practice – as soon as I address the ball – I have tried reverse grip – even the claw. So Frustrating – feels almost like something physical is holding me back. Can you suggest a mental trick – or something I can do to get over this?”
